Perseverance for Jumanah
Date: June 2017 Teacher: Louise
Kia ora Jumanah, today was a
beautiful, bright sunny day so we decided to make the most of it by heading
outside. We set up the outdoor environment so that all the tamariki could be
challenged with jumping and balancing today.
Jumanah, you climbed all the way to
the top of the climbing box. I could see that you wanted to jump off just like
your friends but you were hesitant to do this. Jumanah, you were determined to
get off the box, but you decided that you would climb down rather than jump.
You were showing me great determination and perseverance as you climbed down
and didn’t give up on what you wanted to do.
Jumana, I am proud of you and your efforts, I
can see that you need to gain some more confidence in physical areas, but I
believe in you and you will get there with guidance and encouragement from me
and your other teachers. Keep being amazing and we will continue to support you
in gaining confidence.

bubbles
Today afternoon jumanah, Rahma and some other friends were blowing bubbles outside, children starting to catch the bubbles and run around wile everyone busy running, Rahma stopped for a minute following the bubbles with her eyes Jumanah joined Rahma they both start chatting and pointing to the bubbles Rahma said " look I can see rainbow in the bubble" Jumanah giggled and said " I can see my self in the bubble" then both start to follow bubbles with friends.

جمانه والرسم
السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته
شاهدت جمانه وهي تلون بالالوان المائية عدة مرات ترسم بكل هدوء
وتركيز وتجلس بثقه لتضع بصماتها البريئه على ورقتها . في ذات مره وضعت ألوان داخل
الصف، بدأت جمانه بالتلوين وضعت ثلاثة ألوان بجانب بعض بشكل طولي، سألت
جمانه ماذا ترسم قالت بأنها ترسم قوس الرحمن. وفِي يوم اخر وضعت الألوان خارجا،
رسمت جمانه بالفرشاه اولا ثم بدأت تلون بيدها وتدور اصابعها الصغيرة بشكل دقيق،
قلت لها " حدثيني عن رسمتك" إجابتني بأنها ترسم شبحا!! وبدأت تشير الى
اسنانه المخيفة وشعره الطويل .
بالنسبه لي كانت الرسوم متشابهة تقريبا لكن بالنسبه لجمانه كل
واحده تحمل معنى وشكل مختلف، وان دل
ذلك على شيء فهذا يدل على مخيلة جمانه الواسعه وذكائها الملموس، حفظك الرحمن يا صغيرتي ووفقك الى ما يحب ويرضاه،
مستقبل مزهر بانتظارك ان شاء الله

dramatic play
Jumanah I watched you today playing with your friends in the family area, you was holding the baby doll pretending that you are the mum, Rahma and malak came to play with you, They start to share their ideas, opinions and you was excepting and respecting what they said to you, you start to to put food at the table to play restaurant Rahma was the sister and Malak pretended to be the chef :)


Review of learning:

- learn about cooperating and understanding from another person’s point of view

What to next:
- We will help providing a wide range of culturally-diverse materials and equipment for them to use.
